Cancellation & Return Policy

Spark Bikes is well-known for our dedication to quality, and we take customer satisfaction just as seriously, and offer this comprehensive cancellation and returns policy:

Order Cancellation:  All unshipped orders (including pre-orders) can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the order. An order is considered unshipped up to the moment the shipment is physically transferred to the carrier's custody. In case of partially fulfilled orders, any unshipped orders are eligible for free cancellation.

Returns of Unused Bikes:  Unused bikes are eligible for a refund within 7 days starting from the day you receive your bike. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returning an open box is subject to 10% restocking fee. You are required to return your bike in the same condition it was received and packed. The bike is subject to inspection upon delivery and if deemed unsellable, or not in original condition and packed same method, it will be sent back at the customers expense.
